What Do We Offer? Transportation: to shopping, doctor’s appointments & errands Social: friendly phone calls & visits, help with letter writing & relief for family caregiver Home Help: light housekeeping, yard work & occasional meal preparation
The 29th Street C.A.N. is a member of the Neighbors Care Alliance (NCA), a program administered by Pima Council On Aging (PCOA)
